This initiative aims to ensure that compensation and classification changes are processed efficiently and do not conflict with the budget and merit cycle. First Report of Injury
If an employee is injured at work, the incident must be reported within 24 hours. Supervisors can submit an employee’s First Report of Injury Online via the Origami Portal or complete the First Report of Injury Form and send it to their designated HR Liaison.
